    no pics cause no cam but i dont know if yall remember but i cut from like feb to april and wasnt happy so i decided to bulk. i was at 5'11" 165 when leaned out which didnt look bad. i started eating a shit ton and now weigh 185-190 depending on carb intake water retention etc. my max bench went from 205 to 250 and i now rep 70 pound dumbells on shoulderpress. these weight/ strength gains came within 2 months of beginning my bulk. the wierded part was that even though i gained 20 pounds im still relatively lean. this shit is gonna make me bust a nut. not only am i gaining size and strength but im maintaining a lean physique along the way. bulking couldnt have me happier. but i need tips on diet because i wake up feeling nauseous every day. also im having a hard time being hungry even when i smoke weed which i do regularly. any tips??

    Shoulder press numbers on the internet are exaggerated (like squat numbers) because no one brings the db's down to their shoulders.

    I thought you weren't supposed to bring db's down the shoulders but stop with your tris right below parallel. I swear it was pur that said it causes uneeded stress on the shoulder joint.

    Is that not true and you are supposed to bring them all the way down?

    maybe i am. and my should press numbers are so much higher than bench numbers proportionately because my chest refuses to grow along with the rest of my body.

    ive heard that as well. i usually hit about a 90 degree angle and then drop just a bit more before i come back up.

    i can only rep the 70's 6 times and then i drop to the 65's 3 sets of 8.

    You should be coming all the way down to your chest which for most people (unless you have freakishly short arms) is past 90 degrees.

    unless you have some sort of medical issue which prevents you from using a full ROM you should do it...

    If you are ever lifting things overhead ie moving things setting up event tents lol you don't stop at parallel.
