    Patrick is the man

I was really surprised at how well he packs stuff, I would have never expected jugs of liquid to be bubble wrapped . He also uses FedEx who I prefer, in my experience UPS seems to take longer and is really slow updating their tracking (plus the FedEx building is just down the hill where UPS is a good 25mins away incase I miss a delivery where the signature is required)

anyway, enough Jibber jabber, on with the pics
    [IMG]

little blury but he even includes a mint lol
    [IMG]

I was worried the pads might be deformed by the weight of the liquids, not a problem

the only thing is I ordered some Orange pads which were not included (websites says they are out of stock), no biggy though, I'd rather wait for a couple extra pads then wait for an entire order . I sent Patrick an email to confirm, if he replies before tomorrow it means he never stops working . I really have to vouch for Patrick's customer service, I sent him an email before I placed my order asking a few questions and not even 5 minutes later I had a reply :eek3:.

I'm extremely happy, the pads/backing plates are very nice and the Optimum Wax even smells like Coconut :bigthumb:

Also thanks Scott, Buck-O and everyone else for all the advice  , I hope to have some nice swirl free pics up Saturday/Sunday ish if it would just stop raining :hs:

You've got 128 car washes in that bottle of No Rinse, ought to be enough for a couple of year, eh?

I agree about Patrick, really good customer service. :)

yeah, I'll try to scan them tomorrow, hopefully Patrick won't mind

Somehow my friends always leach stuff off of me  :hs:

I think the instructions said 4oz for a medium/large car but that seems like a lot from what I've read here :dunno:

    Yeah, id love to go.
Except my Max decided it was going to chew the left rear brake alive.
For whatever reason, the friction material delaminated from teh pad backing, and then cracked. So of course the piston then lodged itself into the rotor. So, i wont be moving anywhere untill Monday when my buddy, and his tools show up to help me with it. Untill then, im grounded. No meet for me. :wtc:

Yep. BTW, I find I am using it more and more. Often to buff off Optimum's Polish and then adding another layer of OCW or topping it with a carnauba or Poorboy's EX-P.

:eek3: that could get spendy, hopefully the caliper is fine though, then it's just pad + rotor at worst :hs:

I know not to bother modding them! :fawk:

I lie, I miss mine :wtc:

Yeah, about $500 worth of expensive.

The rear brakes need to be done anyway.

But the caliper is torqued all to shit, and the rotor is fucked.

So, im replacing both rotors (cause they honestly need it), and both calipers, becuase the rebuild kit is $4 less then teh whole caliper. And of course pads, which will now match the fronts, Raybestos Quiet Stops.

So about $300 for parts (i dont buy anything that says "Made in China" on it, so it tends to cost a bit, more, but it lats a hell of alot longer). And a couple bones for my buddy to drive his truck and all his gear the 30 miles up to my place to do it (as i cant really move the car).

So yeah, more money then i have (had to get a personal loan though our credit union), but i need the car, as its the only one we have. So...yeah...bleh. :hs:
