Dropped my new to me (it is old like 70's old) Marlin 1894 off to be shipped back to Marlin because it wouldn't feed after the first shot. They shipped it mid December. Deer season is long over but it would still be nice to have.

    Was it still under warranty?

Why'd you send it back to them?

Smith said they would fix it at no cost to me. It would fire the first shot, then you would work the lever and the action would lock up.
