I'm just starting to do deadlifts again. When I started lifting again I never wanted to do deadlifts because I hated them so much as part of our football routine in HS. I started doing them again recently because I think I was starting to feel a vagina grow in place of my cock between my legs, I mean I was still squatting so it wasn't full in yet, but I started to panic. Seriously though, they really are the best total body workout. Heavy squats kick my ass but a 5RM of deadlifts makes me want to throw up and then pass out on the gym floor I can't believe I ever stopped doing these. Just wanted to share.
