I'm just starting to do deadlifts again. When I started lifting again I never wanted to do deadlifts because I hated them so much as part of our football routine in HS.

I started doing them again recently because I think I was starting to feel a vagina grow in place of my cock between my legs, I mean I was still squatting so it wasn't full in yet, but I started to panic.

Seriously though, they really are the best total body workout. Heavy squats kick my ass but a 5RM of deadlifts makes me want to throw up and then pass out on the gym floor  I can't believe I ever stopped doing these.

    Just wanted to share. :hs:

How do you do a bent-over row if you're seated?

barbell row with hands supinated aka like you are doing bicep curls. Do it this way with heavy weight and rip the bicep tendons apart.

not to bad for getting back in the game tho.

i did a powerlifting program awhile back. leg days were deadlifts, squats, cleans, presses, extensions, and curls all 5x10. 2x a week.

that gets rid of the vagina-forming problem

Yeah I just deadlifted and squatted for my first time today too. Got up to 170 and I weigh about 156, first time I actually deadlifted or squatted in a gym. I thought the weight for the deadlift was quite light, though. I had no trouble getting it up, I repped it about 6 times. I had one problem though, everytime I pulled it up the bar would be kinda unbalanced and go side to side a bit until I reach the top, what can I do to correct this?

I still don't get why you said you did SEATED bent over rows, and then showed a picture of a tbar row, when the dude is definitely not sitting

have your hands face the same direction or just work on form before you add weight.
