I realized something while doing arms today

    I realized that while I want big arms, I don't really care for arm day at all. I have a lot more fun doing squats and deadlifts.

    Oh and I have to rant about something. Some idiot goes over to the barbell rack, pulls the 70lb BB off the rack, literally throws his back into 5 reps, drops it on the floor, walks over near me, grabs two 35lb DBs, throws his back into 4 reps, drops the dbs on the floor, grabs two 25lb DBs, does some weird looking deltoid exercise that made my RC's hurt, drops those on the ground, then leaves.

    I looked around like ":ugh:, is this a joke?"

    but i want big arms too. so i now do lots of arm movements.

    There's a dude who is a real clown in my gym. He always wears some gayed out colored jeans, and has a pack of marlboro 100's in his pocket. He creatively used machines (like uses the delt fly machine backwards), flings dumbells arround, and does the most gayed out lat exercises. He's totally going to hurt himself, and I just want to be there to see it. I hope he dies of aids.

    they aren't a priority for me. A wide thick back, narrow waist, and full chest are #1 on my list.

    my arms are so skinny and gay. When i was 220 my arms were only 16 inches. Now that i lost 20 lbs they are 15.5. :wtc:

    Probably not, and if so, I wouldn't rely on it. Back work (rows and vertical pulling) are enough for some people tho, and these really work those gunz:greddy:

    when i replaced one of my back days with direct arm work, my arms got smaller

    I do direct triceps work because my bench is absolute shit... biceps, not so much- I do ok with lots of rows and pulldowns. :dunno:

    I want the same things, but my arms were/are pretty damn small compared to my chest to begin with, so I don't look all that proportional.
