I realized that while I want big arms, I don't really care for arm day at all. I have a lot more fun doing squats and deadlifts. Oh and I have to rant about something. Some idiot goes over to the barbell rack, pulls the 70lb BB off the rack, literally throws his back into 5 reps, drops it on the floor, walks over near me, grabs two 35lb DBs, throws his back into 4 reps, drops the dbs on the floor, grabs two 25lb DBs, does some weird looking deltoid exercise that made my RC's hurt, drops those on the ground, then leaves. I looked around like ", is this a joke?"
