I realized ON Natural Whey isn't instantized

    I used a blender for ON whey and it worked wonders. It makes it nice and froth, so if you use some really colid milk and throw some ice cubes into the blender too it tastes like a McDonalds chocolate shake. :yum: (Just tell yourself that and drink it really fast.)

    I use ON, but I use the Pro Complex...it rarely clumps for me.

    I only get the clumps when I stir with a spoon. Next time I do it, I'll use warm water and see how it works out.

    Its the same with any substance its solubility goes down as the tempature goes down.

    I use both Whey and Natural whey. The regular Whey protein doesn't leave any clumps, but the Natural protein does. I use refrigerated skim milk in both. I also use a shaker bottle, and I shake the fuck out of it.

    it's the only whey to do it

    i don't get why you guys are all so opposed to using a blender. A glass blender cleans easier than a plastic shaker. It makes better shakes. You have more options for what you can mix in. You can crush up ice, and you'll never get clumps. And you can get one for under 20$ :dunno:

    you mix protein in your car? Make it in the blender, pour into shaker bottle, take with you? :dunno:
