Guys, I am fairly new to the gym, used to work out than stopped and have restarted 4 months ago. Since i didn't have a routine to start with i decided to fake it till i make it and copied this guy. I look at your sticky routine and doesn't seem that much different to me. Can you guys explain the main differences between them? or what I should change?
