I need suggestions. I just took my last 2 multi vitamins. And I have like 5 scoops of whey left. What I use now... 1. On Whey Chocolate ( I really love it, you would have to really convince me to switch. 2. ZMA- GNC Brand, Thinking of stopping. No real reason. Just don't see the value. 3. Creatine- GNC brand. I have plenty still. Caught a sale. 4. Fish Oil- Walgreens double strength. Most EPA/DHA per dollar I have seen. 5. Mega Men Multi- I got it on sale. No other real reason. I am out. 6. On Amino- BCAA's just purchased. Doesnt need replaced. About me. 6'0 252lbs 17% bodyfat Bench 405 Squat 405 Dead 450. (Yeah, I know I have weak legs, or that I am unbalanced.) My goal is to just keep getting leaner and stronger.
