I R NOOB at this

    I am about 5 11 and lil below 300 pounds. I am only 15 which makes it worse...atleast im not short. Anyway anyone know any good ways to burn some of it off. I have been drinking only water for last 3-4 months, drank a soda yesterday omg it was strong. Realy makes you think when I look back and remember drinking about 5 a day and bearling being able to drink 1 now.

    Oh well any ideas! :x:

    Reading the sticky will make you lose 15 lbs. Instantly.

    pretty much.

    calories in<calories out. get some excercise. At your weight it should be a breeze to loose weight.

    Ah, thats one thing I hate about forums(any) is that the stickys dont stick out and I tend to ignore them.

    My familey and friends are more worried about me than I am to tell you the truth, so my modivation is a bit low. I will admit I am a geek. I am going to check that sticky(I looked before but did'nt go to any links).

    good start with the water/soda, now cut back on calories and start working out

    your motivation will improve with results

    By just sticking to the foods listed in there, you're probably going to lose 80 lbs. It's not complicated but you just have to stick to it.
