    5 months ago when i started I had problems reppin 135.......300 here i come :run:

    not bad, i hit that as my max when I was ~ 150. I am a lil lighter now for the summer :hsd:

    Have you ever heard of a squat or a deadlift? Granted, I've never heard anybody talk about a deadlift by saying "put up," but in my mind I do think putting up means pushing, pushing could mean squatting.

    You will hit a max and you will be stuck there for a long time.

    I max out at 215 right now, repping 225 is my goal for this summer. I want my squat to get up to like 250+.

    I max out 205 right now, and want to hit 225 this summer, been slacking big time for the past year. bb incline about 70's and regular 80's... (bench)

    5'11, 180pounds.

    Kinda plateuing.
