Good luck man. Practice coming to complete stops and getting it going again. I thought I had it DOWN, but when you're in thick traffic for the first time you just get nervous and stall. :hs:

    thanx man. :bigthumb:

yeah, i really need to practise my hill starts... im afraid to rev it too much when im taking off incase i accidentally pop a wheelie & crash & die. :hs: (not that theres much chance on my little 250, but im just really paranoid, thats all)

As long as you slip the hell out of the clutch, you won't wheelie that easy on a 250

Front fairing sorta looks like a RC-45. Very  Keep the shiny side up!

well, ive already dropped it! :hs:

was doing a really low speed U-turn (something ive never tried before) , planted my foot, and SPLAT! :(

cracked the front fairing (which i later fixed with SuperGlue :bigthumb: ) and scratched the stickers on the side a little bit, but otherwise its okay...

that'll teach me to start riding before ive done my learner license course... :hs:

my confidence is growing slowly... made it to 120km/h last night when there was not traffic around... scared the piss outta me! :eek3: feels a hell of a lot faster than it does in a car! (duh!) :eek3:

im getting a full second set of fibreglass fairings anyway...

that way i can drop it on the original (already cracked) fairings & ride around for a while, then when im on my full license & confirdent enough not to keep dropping it, ill whack on the new ones... :bigthumb: (im thinking pearl white w/ charcoal & red tribal flames... ;) )
