i picked up a bowflex extreme for $75 ibhate

    my nephew, who's been limited to pushups and pullups and crunches etc, now has a blowflex in his bedroom ftw.

    (i know, a rack and bench and plates ftw but his dad won't allow that yet.)

    how's urrbody doing?

    I wouldnt mind having a bowflex chillin in the basement to do active recovery work with.

    wouldnt think twice about getting it at that price :cool:
    I got one in my basement , used it a couple of times , dont really like it , but its a back up :dunno:
