I went camping with my girlfriend starting Sunday running until today. I was thinking this would be pretty good for my diet. Clean foods, lots of exercise, etc. I brought a handful of chicken breasts, a few beef patties, a steak for each of us, whole grain bread, lots of fruits and veggies. My girlfriend brings 2 cans of pringles, bag of doritios, bag of sun chips, s'mores stuff, slim jims, etc etc. I'm thinking "It's okay, I just won't eat that shit." Well, we also smoked a lot of weed, so I got the munchies really bad. Between me and my girlfriend, we ate all those chips plus another bag of sunchips we bought, 2 large bags of marshmallows, a box of graham crackers, a couple chocolate bars, a can of 15 slim jims, and all the meat I brought with me. On top of that, the weather was pretty cold and rainy, so we didn't get much exercise. We took a 6-mile hike, but that was it. I think I just set myself back at least 2-3 weeks of progress in 3-4 days. I'm seriously going to have to bust ass now. I cooked up about 8 chicken breasts today to eat every day and make stiry fry. Usually the time required for grilling sets me off from eating chicken. I was doing so good, too.
