    fuckin tits... I used 135 + grips today for RDLs and was actually getting a good grip workout. A lot harder than I thought it would be.

    Yeah I tried SLDL's with them and they made 225 a pain in the ass.

    i ordered them from that same thread too. I got them last friday, tested them in my basement with some 40 lb dumbells doing some curls and then did a few cable rows with them on and it felt pretty good.

    but I didn't realize my forearms were realling sore until the next day. that whole weekend my forearms were sore, it felt great. So now tommorow is back/bis day and i'm going to use them some more, i'm excited.

    these things work pretty damn well. just got them today.

    did sldl, push press, and pullups. i like them

    however, its kinda shisty of them to charge 40 bucks for something that probably cost them a fraction of that to make. but i figure its worth it because of the strength benefits :dunno:

    my forearms weren't as dead feeling after the 2nd time as they were the first. we'll see if I see some good results.
