i now consume at least 7k cals a day

    im working in the rockies as a wrangler...12 hour work days FULL of intense manual labor...oh and they make you run everywhere or you get fired

    its fuckin sweet though, ive never been able to eat this much in my life and its really fun.

    so gaining on this intense work schedule will be hard but im hoping i can still do it...basically im just making sure that i am either really full or at least not hungry...being hungry is not an option for me

    im thinking a more frequent, low volume routine should work for me. im trying to gain strength but not just absolute...i want speed-strength and endurance-strength too (getting my bench up is very important to me, i want to get 225 (my current max is 230) 10 times)

    im d0ing something like this:

    chest emphasis upper body: 6-8 sets of low rep strength work (1 exercise bench, one ex. for triceps), 3-4 heavy sets of 6-8 reps for back, 3-4 size maintenance sets tris and chest
    lower body strength: work up to 3-5 rm squat, heavy SLDLs, 2-3 sets high-rep leg press, abs
    rest
    back emphasis upper body: heavy ass back work, heavy triceps, bench for reps
    lower body: squats for reps, heavy deads, couple heavy leg press sets, high rep back work
    rest
    rest

    all exercises are compound, with the occasional exception of heavy tricep crushers or something...

    what do you think?

    im 6'6", 225-230

    I want to know how to get 7k in a day when working 12 hours, apparently you get an hour break every few hours?

    nah i just bought a shitload of stuff at the store and i keep shit in my pockets

    for example the other day i took a crap and while i was on the toilet i made myself a huge pbj sandwitch...i carry peanuts and jerky in my pockets at all times etc

    and anyway it was only 7k for like a week, now its evened out to about 5k-6k

    yeah right dude throw a hundred bails of hay every day and tell me your cns is fine

    i think probably a low volume more frequent approach to cp might work, or on the other hand possibly leaving legs alone for the summer and just hitting upper body like twice a week...i really dunno its hard for me to get more than 6 hrs of sleep max for 5 days a week...sucks

    maybe i should just keep cals high, dont hit myself with high volume and do like a 5 day split with one day a week and only like one or two exercises per body part...

    ...just thinking out loud

    lol i know but whatever...we cant take breaks and eating is that important...especially during constant manual labor

    im making slave wages too...haha i wont even tell you because its so embarassing...but money isnt why im doing it anyway, its an experience that cant be matched

    I don't know, I can't make food while I am shitting. I'd rather hurry up and shit fast then make food, rather than take my time shitting, then spreading peanut butter on some toast.
