i need to work another meal into my day.

    my usual:
    6:00am: banana
    6:30am: protein, oatmeal
    10:30ish: granola bar, protein
    noon: pb&j
    2: lunch
    5: pb&j
    8: dinner


    but the gap before the granola bar is killing me. i need something i can basicly eat real quick at my desk at work.

    no dairy, no bread.

    i did that for a while, teh detour oatmeal bar's, 58g carbs, 30g protein, 5g fiber. but i got kinda sick of them.

    Are you trying to stay that way? What are you eating for lunch and dinner? What kind of Cals is that?

    i'm eating as much as i can for lunch & dinner. usually meat + veggie + complex carb.

    but work has me out of the house for 13 hours a day, 9 hours IN THE OFFICE.

    so other than what i can eat quick, that basicly kills my day.
