    During the day I eat

    Protein Shake:40g
    Oats: 5g
    Chicken Breast: 20g
    Tuna from the can: 37g
Dinner stake, chicken or pork always at least:20g

For a total of 122g of protein. I weight 185 as of this morning.

Any suggestions I eat every 3 hours and I eat clean.

Do I need to add another shake at dinner?

20g of protein from chicken or steak is like 4oz of meat...that's all you eat for lunch and dinner? Have larger pieces of meat.

Oh I agree but that means I need to buy the stuff on line and when it comes down to money it costs about the same when you include shipping and handling. Also honestly with the convince of 3 GNC stores with in walking distance from me I'm willing to pay the premium.

PM Protein is 18 bucks for 18 servings
Mega Whey is like: 25 bucks for 18 servings.

What am I really saving? A few dollers?

    No No,

I eat a 4oz grilled boneless skinless chicken breast salad for lunch. (Romain, Tomato and what ever else I have in the frig) Lunch

Dinner: Depends on what my wife cooks but I do eat about 8oz of chicken if She makes chicken. for example last night she made Rice Ploff (spelling) with Lamb. I had at least 6oz of lean lamb with rice, fresh onion, and pickles.

ya with only 20gs of protein per shake. That means I need to take 2x more to equal 40gs in GNC PM. Not to down play ON whey and for that price it's tits but I don't have time to make all these shakes.

 you don't have to make extra shakes, you just use 2 scoops in each. ON gold standard is 24g per scoop, so you will be getting 48g of protein per shake. So you would still be getting 36 servings per container.

On that same note, the stats posted for the two protein powders have different serving sizes.

The one with 60g of protein has a serving size 1.5 times greater than the 40g protein.

So he can increase the current scoops he uses of the 40g by half to get 60g. No need to buy another product.

But in the long run it may be cheaper to go with the 60g product because it comes in a bigger container.
