    Excel (or better yet, OpenOffice Calc) is a simple solutions for this, as long as you don't have a huge amount of data. If you do have a lot of data, you should look at using some sort of database, whether it be access or MySQL with a PHP interface or whatever.

    I've considered SQL, but I'm not a programmer, and I need simplicity, because the people who will be using this are not computer-smart.
