I need to gain weight :(

    I'm sick of being a lanky fuck. :wtc: By genetics I have a high motabolism. 6'0" or so (Closer to 6'1") and only around 140 lbs. I think I would be ok with 25lbs gained.

    What would be the best way to do this?

    Suggestions welcome! :sadwavey:

    you may not have a genetic high metabolism. ( my dad's 6'0 and 200 pounds, and my moms like 5'5 120 lol)



    i got caught with moms genes.. :ugh:



    I realise its not having a high metabolism, its that you dont eat enough. Or you eat enough and u think your full and have to make ur stomach expand.

    YOu have to train yourself to eat more, not at one sitting but throughout the day eatting and evntually u will stay hungry and realise u never had a high metabolism, that you just didnt eat enough cause u have a "small" stomach.

    eating more barely works. i think you need to cut out exercise and eat a good amount but go about it the right way.

    You don't have high metabolism. You use all those calories pushing those ears through the wind.

    you got this man. I used to run CC and was 6'4" @ 155lbs. I'm now 6'4" @ 195lbs and am no where close to being what I want to be. But you can do it. My metabolism is through the fucking roof so don't even start with that bullshit. You just gotta eat more and yes you can do it. It's not that big of a deal, just dont trip when other people say you eat too much. Your gonna need a fuck load more than 25lbs btw, but that can be your first goal.

    As it's been said, eat big lift big sleep big. Do work.

    I gained 20 pounds in 3 months by eating quality food..big meals.

    Lifted heavy, low reps, compound lifts and made sure each muscle group recovered fully. I probally gained most of my weight in my ass. My deadlift went from 145 to 310 in a little over 2 months

    Made sure I got in a good nights sleep every night

    He can take care of the fat when he's gets to where he wants. If he's lifting right, he should be putting on way more muscle than fat. Then he can clean up his diet and lean out.
