alright i have about one more week or so until the spring semester is over and will move back home. I've been lifting since about I was 15 and Im almost 19 now, but my goal has always to lose weight and get into a athletic shape. Well when I was 15 I weighed about 240 lbs and now I weigh about 160.

and this is me a few months ago at about 160 lbs or so...

well I think now its time to try to put on some mass... over the summer I work at a meat warehouse throwing boxes around that weigh up to 200 lbs. and I always seem to lose weight because I go a fair amount of time without a good meal and what not. I work there monday-thursday about 1 pm to 6 pm. So I figured I would wake up around 8 or 9 am eat a good breakfast, then hit the gym. Right now im on whey, multi-vitamin, fish oil, and creatine. My goal is when I go back to school at the end of august I want to weigh around 180 with about the same waist size i have now 31 in.
To put on 15 lbs in about 4 months isnt impossible, am I right?

I could use any tips and any suggestions on some supps, like a good weight gainer or whatever else you think might help. Thanx:wiggle:

15lbs is definately possible if you eat and workout balls to the wall CONSISTENTLY. no it wont be lean muscle, but 15lbs is decently easy. (edit)

btw, eating like a fucking monster is what will get you there over working out so make sure you eat at least 7 meals a day

I would actually go so far as to say from where you are starting 15lbs in 4 months should be easy.

yea im not too small but I think i would look a lot better if I put on some weight. I was thinking about cutting but decided that I really dont have enough size for it to be beneficial
