i recommend chaulk. if your gym doesnt allow it, theirs always liquid chaulk as an alternative.

definitely do the chalk thing if it's slipping out. I have days where I can't hold weight for shit, it's typically just moisture in my hands

that's my problem, moisture. My palms get the slightest bit sweaty and my grip is just fucking done. I use straps basically just to hold on to cotton that will dry my hands.

liquid chalk is alright. I use to live by it. then I just bought a ball of chalk when I ran out the liquid stuff. I keep in a little ziplock bag and only whip it out when I do deads. no mess

    powder chalk > liquid chalk

Rowing they slip at the midpoint/end of lift.

Dead I can pull a good amount of 325(most Ive ever tried a while back)....never gone any higher or anything. Right now I just go up to 235+

If you are trying to compare the two lifts then I dont get where you are going.......

They both require grips strength. If you are pulling 325+ with ease, than doing rows should not be a problem.

Don't get the straps, work on your grip. Only time straps even touch me is when doing a maxs effort DL, and thats it.
