I need some stuff to clean out my pooper hole

    So I was bulking and I got to about 3 months then I got sick, so of course I stopped working out and eating nonstop... but then when I finally got better work got in the way and really haven't lifted since and I have returned to a 'normal' eating pattern.

    Anyways during my bulk I had crazy gas and boul movements, which I just figured was from all the protien, shakes, food, etc. Well it's been about 2 weeks and I still have crazy gas and my stomach moves like crazy. The smell is just as bad, if not worse then when I was bulking. And is constant as well, happens all day and night.

    I'm guessing a way to fix this is to clean out my system... any of you guys do anything like this? I remember a thread a while ago on OT about it but couldn't find it.

    well, if your really want to clean yourself out, I hear colon Blow works really well. But you can usually get less harsh cleanseres at your local drug store. Or you could just realy up your fiber intake for a week or two

    What is psyllium?

    Psyllium is a soluble fiber that comes from a plant most commonly grown in India. Although it is often labeled a laxative, it is not. Soluble fiber becomes gelatinous and sticky in water. It is not absorbed in the small bowel. It is broken down in the large bowel and becomes a food source for the bacteria that live in the colon. These healthy bacteria bulk up the stool, creating larger softer stool which is easier to pass. Other soluble fibers include oats, oat bran, fruit pectins, beans, and guar gum. Incidently, after psyllium is metabolized in the colon, some of it is absorbed and so adds some calories to the diet.
    What is it used for?

    Psyllium is a bulking agent that promotes bowel regularity. It can be used regularly, as opposed to harsh stimulant laxatives which should only be used occasionally. It is helpful in chronic constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulosis, hiatus hernia and diabetes. Soluble fiber may even lower cholesterol 10% to 15% if enough is taken. ..."

    Mix a couple of tablespoons in 6 oz of orange juice, fill glass with water, drink quickly. Be amazed at how much comes out.

    PRUNES. PRUNES I SAY... that will grease your insides right up. I guess you could do prune juice if you don't like to eat em.
