I sent in my Mac for a new harddrive a little while back and the guy changed my user password. Now I'm trying to install new software for my printer/scanner and my old pw keeps getting rejected, how do I get back my old PW or change this one?`

... wtf? that would piss me off if apple did something like that. i understand, if they need the password then they would reset it, however then they should tell the customer what that password is (or change it to something else then tell them)
