Ive been down in the dumps lately. Past week and a half I have not really been working out. Every time I think about working out I just kind of go eh.. whats the point? Test is low and I have not been able to bring my lifts back up to where they were, even with an improved diet high in protein. its like im looking at a downward sloping graph and its frustrating as all hell. Should I keep forcing myself to go to the gym seeing no positive results or just wait another week or two for the hCG shots and the potential flood of test that will accompany it? I feel like im trying to move a pile of sand with tweezers.
