    i used to be a fat lazy person.
    now im a somewhat thin lazy person.

    im not that strong, but looking to start building up.
    what do you guys recommend?

    my legs are plenty big enough since i used to be fat.

    how should i start out? and how long does it usually take to see results if you are dedicated?

    whats a good workout plan?
