I need some help with my diet.

    How does this look? Stats: 185lbs, ~14%BF, will be supplementing w ECY.

    One of the better diets I've seen posted on here. Height? Age? Weight training/cardio?

    I'm 5'10", 23 years old.

    This would be my split.

    Day 1:
    Incline DB Press
    Incline DB Flies
    Hammer Strength Lat Pull-down
    Overhead Tricep Extension
    DB Standing Curls
    DB Incline Curls

    Day 2:
    30-45 min incline cardio

    Day 3:

    BB Bench Press
    Bent over DB Rows
    Upright Rows
    Side Lateral Raises
    Tricep Rope Pushdown
    Cable Tricep Reverse curls

    Day 4:
    30-45 min incline cardio

    Day 5:
    Squats
    DB Shrugs
    Cable Row
    Assisted Pull-ups
    Hammer Rope Curls
    Abs

    5 min moderate paced cardio warm-up
    3 sets of 8-10 reps each
    45-60 second rest between sets

    Not too bad, I'd try to get the fat to around 25% or so, it looks like it's at about 20% now.

    I don't weather your bulking or cutting, but 2574 cals a day it looks like your trying to lose weight. What are you trying to do bulk or cut?

    He didn't make it very clear but I figured because of the EC he's probably cutting

    I'll also be taking fish oil, which is not listed in that list. Prob put me closer to 25%.

    I thought it would just be eating below maintenance, not really cutting. Just like eating a bit above maintenance would not really be considered bulking.

    Which is actually what I needed help with. I'm not sure if that's a good caloric goal to start at or if I should go lower/higher.

    cutting = losing bodyfat, but whatever, semantics

    what you're eating is close to where you'd wanna be, I'd probably kick it down closer to 2300 and don't forget that you'll be adding oils
