I mountain bike, and that keeps me in pretty good shape overall. However, my wrists are weak as hell, and I often find myself struggling to carry boxes that I have more than enough strength to carry, but barely enough grip to hold onto. So what would be a good way to strengthen my wrists and forearms? (No masturbation jokes, please.)

they sell hand grippers (crunkers). i forgot the company name but gtlifter/grouch will eventually chime in on that
deadlifts...find a heavy weight and do overhand grip sets
farmers walk...grab 2 big ass dumbbells and walk around holding it. also try this with a oly 45lb plate using your thumb/finger tips for pinch grip.
