I need some diet related to performance advice.

    I used to lift heavily so I know how important diet is with everything. I have ~5 hour law school admissions exam in a few weeks and I was wondering if anyone could help me with diet day before and day of exam in order to be as mentally sharp as I can possibly be. Also what types of food/drink should i take to pick myself up during the 5 hour or so exam?

    Don't eat anything too high-carb pre-test; it'll make you sleepy. Other than that- I just wouldn't eat anything you're not used to; eat some comfort food you know doesn't upset your stomach, take some caffeine with you, and something portable (protein bar, even a candy bar).
