Whats up guys... I will be 16 in february and i weight about 125-130 ish lbs. I really want to pack on some meat/muscle. I just bought some muscle milk chocolate flavored as recommended by a friend. I was just curious how many i should drink per day? Also, what kinda workout should i do just to gain a little arm trength and general body mass? any help appreciated. please no flaming, im new to this stuff.
