I need some constructive criticism.. please.

    Whats up guys...

    I will be 16 in february and i weight about 125-130 ish lbs. I really want to pack on some meat/muscle.

    I just bought some muscle milk chocolate flavored as recommended by a friend.

    I was just curious how many i should drink per day?
    Also, what kinda workout should i do just to gain a little arm trength and general body mass?


    any help appreciated. please no flaming, im new to this stuff.

    muscle milk will just make you fat if you don't work out (as all it is is just a way to get extra calories/fill out your macros)

    weight training and proper diet...
    read the stickies and you'll find everything you need

    hey. i started off in your shoes. 5'10 125 pounds. I am currently 5'10 170 pounds. took me about 15 months. very clean bulk, did not put on much fat.

    You are a skinny little bitch. We need to fix that. Id recommend a modified purs routine. Hit everything as compound as possible starting off.

    get true mass, cytogainer, or serious mass as your bulking protein powder.
    buy some good creatine, some bcaas, glutamine, and some beta alanine.

    take 2-3 days off a week to rest. eat every 3 hours, lots of protein and low glycemic carbs (sweet potatos, pasta, etc)

    If my son is on OT at 15, I will beat him within an inch of his life.
