My library's full of rap, trance, rock, and all the other high energy stuff but I don't have much in the form of "easy" listening. To give an idea of what I'm looking for, things in the vein of these kind of tracks:

Michael Andrews - Mad World (Gary Jules Version) LOVING THIS!
    Moby- Where You End
Jack Johnson - With My Own Two Hands (quite a few JJ songs I like also)
    Johnny Cash - Hurt
Elvis Presley - Can't Help Falling in Love :mamoru:

they may be crap to some, but I like them when I'm trying to relax on the long train ride to and from work everyday :hs:

I'm all about easy listening music, but I don't know if what I like would fit your tastes, considering that list.

Still, you might wanna take a look. Two of my favorite groups are Zero 7 and Doves. Zero 7 is more ambient music while Doves is closer to indie rock. Both I find are great for winding down or chilling out.

If you listen to public radio, I suggest you check out a show called Echoes.

you'd probably like a lot of Neil Young's stuff.

Check out Sleeps With Angels, Ragged Glory, Rust Never Sleeps, Everybody knows this is nowhere..
