I started out with the MaxOT routine, and quickly changed that to my own little variation to get a workout twice a week on everything. So, this is what I modified it to: Day 1: Arms (bis, tris) and legs Day 2: Shoulders, chest, and back I would basically go Monday and Tuesday, take Wednesday off, then go Thursday and Friday, personal schedule pending. I would do some routine ab workouts nearly every time I went, and would do cardio if I wasn't to exhausted from lifting. However, I feel like I'm not getting much out of this. I can't do any good overload on my shoulders after pressing, or vice versa. Arms and legs is no problem. I wanted to keep it to 4 days a week, 5 days at the most. Any suggestions on this? I want to work out each part twice a week.
