I recently decided that I need to stop making excuses and start losing weight. I moved out of my parents house and for the first time I am on my own as far as cooking goes. I need ideas for Lunches that are healthy, and can be precooked and microwaved later. I spend my days at school, and dont want to get into the habit of eating like shit.

I have a refrigerator and microwave available to use so I plan on taking advantage of that.

Any tips on meals which can be cooked and reheated would be helpful. For tomorrow I made grilled chicken, brown rice and broccoli.

for a carb source, bake a bunch of potatoes or invest in a rice cooker and once it's done, put it in a ziplock.

I own a Ricecooker, I made a pound of brown rice today and threw it in some tupperware. Im hoping to spread that out over a bunch of meals.

    Almonds are boss too.

But I mean with a fridge and microwave you can literally take just about anything to school the next day that you cook the previous night.

    - Cook chicken breasts then throw them on a salad the next day.
    - Ground beef the night before, rice the night before, microwave them together the next day.

    etc, etc, etc.
