Mainly if there's any forums out there for them.. where to get parts.. manuals.. anything at all.

I'm wanting one of these bastards so freaking bad.. and if I get one, I've got a free source of fuel in the form of sump fuel from the tanks at work.

Be all end all for Deuces and deals with other green vehicles: www.steelsoldiers.com

Has a deuce section and other vehicles: www.g503.com

Both of those sites also have good classifieds and have links to online retailers.

Thank you! I debated posting this in the main forum, but knew I'd have better luck here. :wiggle:

    :dunno:

its actually an easy mistake to make if you don't follow jap cars.

Really though, the Z was the last real sports car that datsun/nissan made IMHO, the 260/280/300/350 are all weak sauce compared to the 240z

Also, it is CA smog exempt = fun :big grin:

I gave up on cars when I turned 18 and realised dumping money into shit to go fast was not worth my time. And at the time didnt keep up eith imports and still dont.

Maybe in a couple more years.

I want an M715, but cant seem to find any around here when I have money. Then I spend it on something else :(

I would like to take one, add in a diesel engine, make the cab a little more comfy (maybe add some padding and floormats) and DD that shit. It would be great in atlanta traffic, and make a good tow vehicle.

I've heard both sides.. they're good and they're crap. I want a decent high compression diesel with 4WD that I can rattlecan and Rhino line, and weld some cages in for scuba/recovery/camping gear. I don't want to have to clean it, wax it, or worry about it.

Deuce & 1/2's supposedly get gas mileage in the teens.. :dunno: how true that is though. If so, that's about the same as the truck I'm driving now.. I can live with it.

I'm basically going to buy one, rattlecan it, and then use it as a weekend toy.. a little offroading, probably some hauling, etc..

I'm tempted to bid on one through the government liquidation site, but I think I'd rather buy one from an individual and take it home.

I totally want one of those things. If I had a practical place to keep it, I'd be all over that haha
