Hi, im 14 and a little on the over weight side, ive got a bit of a gut and no muscle although i have lost weight. I was looking through the routines list and all of them seemed very complicated and needed acess to a gym which i don't have, except maybe 1-2 times a week if im lucky, can anyone recomend a workout that can be done at home with out much gym equipment that would help me shave pounds of my stomach and upper chest area, and maybe make them look a little better. Also how would i go about putting a little muscle on my arms.

    thanks for your help

maybe your high school will let you use their gym after classes are over. Talk to a coach.

maybe go buy a couple 20 pound dumbbells
at your age you really don't need to lift too much, try to go out for some sports if thats an option, you won't regret it.
don't eat junk food. have your mom fix you lunches that don't have only chips and other processed foods

Word, you'll have daily workouts + very probably access to the school's gym.
