i need help with bulking supplements

    so i'm going to get a bunch of supplements for this bulk i'm starting during the winter, what should i get? right now all i have is a big bag of ON's vanilla whey protein and some original myoplex powder packets. (probably like 20 left). I also have some no-name creatine monohydrate (which i stopped taking because it didn't seem to be doing anything) and some glutamine that i haven't been using either. well i've been using the lid to scrape ice of my car window but that's it.

    What should i get first, i'm thinkin of just ditching that creatine because it's crap. Plus i need some good bulking foods. grilled chicken and KC masterpeice?

    CEE? Fish oil? No-Explode!!!one!!?!? CLA?

    p.s. no steroids, i'm not mike

    oh, and i'm willing to spend like $100-$150 bucks

    nothing is better than food itself though. are you clean bulking or eating just whatever?

    somewhat clean. i'm not out eating pizza and fast food all the time. and when i do eat fast food i try to eat somewhat cleaner stuff.

    hrmm, the mass meal looks pretty good. good mix of fats, carbs, and protein. most of the carbs aren't from sugar like most mass builders. and the fat isn't mostly saturated fat like some i've seen. looks good, maybe i'll get some

    Suppliments arent really important when you're bulking. You should be eating enough food that you aren't deficient in anything. Just keep eating.

    Its when you're cutting on a strict diet that supplimentation becomes more important.



    IMO, protein and maybe a wight gainer is all you need.

    CEE, fish oil and a good protein powder are all you need.

    You dont need a weightgainer.. make your own that isn't full of sugar. Oats, peanut butter etc is much better than paying a fortune for a load of glucose or maltodextrin.
