I need your professional help on how I can remove the following scratches and dent from my car. One scratch is pretty small which is on the door, and the other scratch is pretty big on the rear quarter panel which also has a small ding on it as well. It was caused by myself running over one end of a push broom causing the handle to swing and hit my car pretty damn hard. And the other scratch which is located on the front lip of the car was caused by myself running over a piece of scrap metal on the freeway which also made the paint crack/spiderweb. As for the last one, it looks like a rock chip on the hood of the car. Here are the pictures. Thanks!

all but the last will need repaints and the spiderwebs may need some filler to repair them.

the last looks like minor scuffs that can buffed out

So there aren't any available products on the market that I can apply and wipe off? Repainting is probably going to cost a lot of money for such a small amount of work. :wtc:

No polish works by simply applying and wiping off, you have to work it into the paint so the abrasives can remove the scuffing. Anything that catches your fingernail will have to be refinished to repair properly.

    1. The bumper definitely needs a repaint. Probably $450.
    2. The doors and adjacent panels can be repainted for maybe $1000.
    3. The quarter panel can be buffe dout.

the bumper cannot be touched up.

A touchup specialist could probably do a decent job on the doors for $100...don't expect perfection with that color. Call your local BMW/Audi/MB dealership for the number of a touchup specialist.

Most good PDR guys can fix those scratches for a lot less than a body shop. I'm not sure how many PDR guys do paint though. My friend has his own PDR business and fixed the bumper on my Evo, that was scratched to shit by the dealer, for $200. It was good work and no discount since the dealer paid for it.

Paintless dent repair. Some of these guys only do dents while some, like my friend, do dents as well as anything on the exterior of the car.

Yeah, look for a "Ding King" in your area. Most of those do the touchups too. That sucks man. The piece of metal hitting the front bumper happened to me in my old Integra, but I didn't run it over, the dumb bitch in front of me did and sent it airborne.

That sucks man! Mine happened while I was merging onto the far left lane, as I was looking over my shoulder to see if I was free of traffic. I 'thought' I was free, but right when I was merging over, the damn piece of metal was right there, right in the middle of the lane I was in and the far left lane, it just so happens that I merged at the right time. :wtc:
