I'm thinking about picking up a Hot Lips Loader. I'm tired of sitting around at the range loading these mags. Is it any good?

I've been wanting to get one too. I have 3 factory ruger 10/22 mags and one 25rd hotlips mag (the plastic lipped one.) the hotlips has lost its...hot lips and doesnt even retain the rounds anymore. I don't know if a mag loader would even be worth it for the factory rotary mags. :dunno:

But after a brick of .22 I really wish I had a better system than my lead covered fingers.

ive heard that its the best loader for 10/22's, no experience with it, but its said to work on all Butler Creek mags and the factory ones, probally most of the other kinds as well.

go to ruger.com and check out their items for sale. they apparently have a speed loader for the 10/22 magazine. i havent had any experience with that loader, but i figure, hey its from ruger, and its a speed loader for their magazine.
