So there's my stats for the day. I've eaten 172g (I'm 5'10 135lbs) of protein but only 2700 calories. This calorie calculator I found in the archives says I need to eat almost 4000 calories a day to gain 3 pounds a week. I think that's a sufficient amount of protein. So what do you guys eat when you want calories? Something to add to my shake would be especially useful, right now I only have 24 oz milk, 1.5 scoops of whey, 2 tbsp. of peanut butter and a half banana. Thanks.
