So there's my stats for the day. I've eaten 172g (I'm 5'10 135lbs) of protein but only 2700 calories. This calorie calculator I found in the archives says I need to eat almost 4000 calories a day to gain 3 pounds a week. I think that's a sufficient amount of protein. So what do you guys eat when you want calories? Something to add to my shake would be especially useful, right now I only have 24 oz milk, 1.5 scoops of whey, 2 tbsp. of peanut butter and a half banana. Thanks.

    Here's my shake.

    2.5 scoops of whey = 275cals
    1 cup of skim milk = 90cals
    3/4 cup of oats = 225 cals
1 tbsp of olive oil = 120 cals
2 tbsp of peanut butter = 190 cals
    1 banana = around 100 cals?

That's 1,000 cals right there. :bigthumb:

Damn, that must be a thick shake. I have to have at least 3 cups of milk in mine. Forgot to mention...I can't stand oats.

Oh, I add some ice cubes to it too. Makes it cold and a little bit more watery.

And you better learn to like oatmeal. :squint:

I love oatmeal, just not in my shake. I think I'll have some in the morning.

My shake has 790 calories right now. Might try some honey in it next time.
