I need an exercise tip

    Ok soo I've lost about 60 lbs in the last 2 years but I cant seem to lose the love handles, any advice on what type of exercise or exercise move I could do that would target that area more? Its the one part that I am most self conscious about right now.

    Its just frustrating that I've lost all this weight and my waist is definitely smaller but I've always had the love handles and its annoying.

    Im a girl...I dont want to really 'gain' muscle so I dont lift weights...I do pilates almost daily to try and tone muscles I guess along with cardio and a good diet.

    A friend of mine, he uses a long rubber cord type thing that he stands on and uses to imitate lifting weights that he bought at some fitness store...would that be a good idea beings I dont have a gym membership cuz I cant afford one?

    I have drastically improved my diet from what it used to be...Typically I'll have cereal for any meal...not just breakfast...healthy granola bars are another staple...i replace 1 meal a day with a nutrition shake...besides the nutrition shakes I dont drink anything but water and occasionally milk...i know I need to eat more fruits and vegetables but havent done so yet...i also take a multivitamin everyday to help make up for the things I dont eat.

    what you need is more protein... cereal for every meal isn't the greatest... it's all carbs and you need a balance of carbs/fats/protein (macronutrients)

    Would changing from basically a multivitamin/nutrient shake to a protein shake be better? And I dont eat cereal for every meal...more like once a day whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner

    I do appreciate this advice! I have just been feeling stuck and not sure what to do because I have had an issue with this for a while.

    To the point of debating lipo to get rid of it...but Im determined to do it the natural healthy way even though I have had people tell me its not possible because for some people they have spots that no matter what they do, they cant lose it.

    Yes I eat meat...I could never be a vegetarian..I like steak too much lol

    up the % of your daily calories that come from protein... you'll be surprised
