    I need exercises that are going to give me some shape in my ass. I have no ass. Suggestions for exercises that will build it fast? I do squats and bike right now but I never see results.

    Yeah same. Not to mention I just had knee surgery in December and thats too much stress.

    I've been doin ass slaps but it looks like I might benefit from adding ass grabs to my routine as well. :bowdown:

    Deep squats will activate your posterior chain more so than parallel. Also do straight leg dead lifts as well. Glute/ham raises also help.

    my ass is too big, i do not go beyond parallel anymore.

    A2G squats for sure, and lunges...
    I do the elliptical on cardio days with resistance/high incline along with the deep squats.
    I really feel that area worked afterwards.
