    That isn't cheap and crappy.

I was looking at Roxio Crunch, but the torrents and shit don't start. Popcorn in Leopard will start, show up in the dock, then just turn off or something...

Any other programs out there? I want to be able to convert all file formats to like iPhone and iPod format....

By far the best is VisualHub. Its free and it will convert just about anything I throw at it. Even has iPhone and iPod presets with h.264 support. http://www.techspansion.com/visualhub/

    VisualHub isnt free.

iSquint, a more limited version of VisualHub is free and will convert many many formats to iPhone/iPod.

Visualhub is for any platform.... kinda.

It's just a fancy GUI for ffmpeg, which you can run on any platform. Just takes a few swipes at the command line to get the job done.

You are kinda right... the engine is open source, the gui frontend is not.
