    too much running?

I thought that would be a great thing to have in a exercise program.

There is such a thing as to much running; leads to overuse injuries.

This will be very rough but something you can work with.

Mon - Stretch, Cals, 2 mile ability group runs ( based on PT run times )
Tues - Cals to Muscle Failure (circuit training, pyramids, reps for time etc.)
Weds - Stretch and 3 mile release run
Thurs - Sports day or 3/6 mile ruck with 45 lbs
Fri - 20+ minutes cals and 3+ mile ability group run

Calisthenics being situps, pushups, and various other excercises as found in FM 21-20.

90% of Signal units in the Army are front line combat units. And as far as your opinion on PT goes every service has their fatbodies and PT machines. And every service has units that take PT to the extreme, and units that think mowing the lawn is PT.
