I need a new ROUTINE and DIET but I don't know were to begin v.Pics of charts inside

    Here is what I've been doing for the past 9+ months or so...I think I'm overdue for a change because my gains are now non-existant. I made very good progress with this and I would like to see some of your most successful diets and routines

    how were you able to do the am/pm split ? did you have school back then ?

    yup. 2 workouts a day on <6 hours of sleep. I cant belive that I actually gained weight/strength with that.

    Three minute rest between sets? As in every set?

    I realize that but I'm not looking for general routines that someone threw into a n00b guide...I'm looking for the good stuff that more experienced users are doing.

    Oh I didn't realize you were an advanced lifter, I'm sorry :hsugh: What's wrong with the routine ?

    From the sticky

    If you didn't see any weight gain in the last couple of months, it's not the routine you have to change btw, it's the diet.
