I need to find a new game to get hooked onto, haven't really been keeping up with games for a while :hs:

Preferably looking for a pc game (although I do have a 360)...something with online and major replayability.

MMO would be perfect, except LOTRO wasnt fun, and AoC/Warhammer seem like they aren't good either. I already played the shit out of WoW, and dont have any urge to play it again :o but if anyone has any recommendations, please let me know :x:

I want a game like diablo 2/wc3/asherons call...a game that i can become obsessed with, as i have plenty of free time right now :o

if their is a good xbox game that is fine too, but i'm not really looking for an fps (unless their is an absolutely amazing one that i dont know about)

so basically, im looking for a game to throw my life away to for a little while. hopefully someone has some good recommendations :x:

+1 for FO3 if you have not played it. Sunk more hours into that game then any other game in a long time.

Based on liking Asheron's Call, I'd say stay clear of Aion.

That and one that's a bit older but has huge re-playability: Warhammer 40K - Dawn of War

IMO Warcraft 3 has way more replayability than Warhammer, especially if you play online. It's just my opinion but there wasn't a single RTS I played after Warcraft that held me like Warcraft did. I don't even want to count how many hours I spent playing that game in my lifetime, probably over five hundred. :eek3:

Atlantica Online is pretty fun, turn-based MMORPG. The battles can get absolutely huge, you control up to 9 characters total counting your main character, and other's can join in on your battle if you need help, i don't know what the max is but I've had two other people help and it's been like 22 characters vs the enemy monsters, which can sometimes number even greater than that.

Graphics are good enough, nothing to write home about but not bad enough to really complain either.

It's pretty fun, I got up to level 30 or something and haven't played since, just because. Not that it got boring or anything, I just haven't felt like playing.

oh, you see the monsters before you engage in battle with them, it's not random encounter. Also, they seem to always respawn pretty quickly, so you're never left just hunting for what you need.

Divinity 2 is an awesome game, but it's only really awesome your first play through. It doesn't really have any replay value, mainly due to its ending but also because if you've played once you probably did every quest there is first time around.

Some good recommendations in here, but I've played most of them :o

    Fallout 3, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, WC3, MW2 I've all played :o

Will be getting ME2 tomorrow, that should hold me over for a bit :coold: Will check out the other recommendations in this thread.

Also if anyone has any other games, do tell :x:

Game hasn't been talked about much here in GP. But I actually really like the game (on PC, hear the console version is fail in a box). It's actually a lot of fun.

    World of Warcraft

The most played video game in history. You can bet that game will suck you in and make you hate real life.
