In about two months I'm going to start really cutting and I want to work my way down to about 8% body fat by spring breakish. I'm 214lbs 14% body fat as of this morning.

What I need is a good info guide on how much cardio and what kind of diet I'll need to stick to to make it happen. I havnet really searched for a good article on getting shredded yet, maybe you guys have a link to a good source?

throw some winny in for the last 6 weeks, hop on a long dose of eq and then eat less and do cardio.

alternate e/c (or trex) and clen -- stay away from dnp

Tons of options- ud2.0, the cut diet, afterburn, etc etc. If you're attracted to a particular guru's plan, I'd buy the book- it really helps to have the information on hand even at weird hours of the night.

Off hand that one actually looks like just the normal 10cals/lb and exercise :dunno:

Their velocity diet makes me  every time I hear about it. Nothing but protein shakes and no refeeds :ugh:

i read the article but i take everything with a grain of salt.

it's really hard taking advice from someone who looks like they don't use thier knowledge on themselves...if that makes sense? lol

and from what i remember, the v-diet had 1 meal (given, it was really small). i think he used oatmeal and blueberries..?

using gear while leaning out is a great way to retain all muscle mass.....

but if you don't understand the basics of dieting why are you on gear?

:hsugh: there is a big difference between losing weight and pushing into single digit body fat while keeping your LBM bro. I want to do it the most effective way, with meal plans and meal timing set up. I've lost 38lbs of fat in little over a year, I know plenty about dieting.

I also dont know shit about strong man event training, if I asked a question on how to most effectivly train for it would you say "you're on steroids you should know already, that's just sad"?

yea, I was hoping he'd jump in the thread. I've read a few things, but was looking more for a meal plan and how to distribute my carbs, fats, and protiens per day. I know you do it differently on training days. What I dont know is if it's more effective to say jog before bed as apposed to doing cardio pre-workout. Stuff like that is what I'm looking for. I'm sure in the body building world there are a few staple cut plans that most everyone follows.

Oh, and I know all about losing weight, it's pretty simple. Calories in vs calories out. I'm looking to take that to the next level, you cant get ultra lean on just calorie cutting alone right? If I ate 2000cals of candy a day vs 2000 cals of chicken breast, there are different effects that will happen because of blood glucose and insulin levels that I'm unfamiliar with. I'm starting to realize a calorie isnt just a calorie.

I keep considering prop/tren/masteron "precontest" stack, but I'm just going to stick to test. I can reach all my goals with test, and it's cheap.
