i just want some shirts to wear when doing everyday stuff (running errands/etc) that look cool and aren't super expensive but not really cheap either

    note-
don't need any collared shirts or "text tees (shirts that say shit like "kiss me i'm irish)

Grab some v-necks and a few semi-witty print shirts and you're set. Club Monaco also has really nice plain t-shirts, but only in the summer.

I've heard complaints from people saying American Apparel shirts don't fit them correctly (though I love those little shits, lord knows it) so maybe check out Banana Republic? Inexpensive, well-made basic tees. But if you like the fit of AA go for those.

AA's are nice, but wash them twice and they'll never fit the same again :wtc:

I own 4 or 5 AA shirts from unetee. I normally wear a M or S, these are M... all but one shrunk down to where I can't even wear it anymore. :ugh::wtc:

One didn't shrink at all. So now I'm unsure what I should even order. I absolutely hate my tees to fit too large.

This is true. My problem is that a medium AA shirt is near perfect when its new, but one wash cycle will shrink it a lot. But the large is HUGE.

I've really been loving the Gap Athletic fit shirts. Fit my body well, and they are super soft and don't shrink a lot. Every Gap store should have some sort of a sale section, I usually go to mine every couple of weeks and just grab a few of them, on sale they're between 4 and 6 dollars for short sleeve and 8 and 10 dollars for long sleeves.

I usually wear a small in t shirts so I order mediums and just wash them. I think AA blends don't shrink as much so I buy those true to size

Urban is so so so so over worn.

No matter what shirt you buy from there, you will see someone else with the same shirt.

I know, I was asking him what the problem was. I wasn't sure if it was the shrinking issue or not bc I know some folks have complained that the shoulder on AA tees are too narrow.
