I need a f*cking Paint program.

    Just got a 15" PowerBook. Love the damn thing, but the sumbitch dosen't have any type of paint program. :ugh: Am I going to have to pay $100 to get something so simple?

    Download the Gimp. It is free. And yes, OS X <b>should</b> come with this.

    what the hell would you need paint for that doesn't require useless renditions of flowers, a house and a kid playing football?

    Does gimp have any advantages over photoshop other than being free?

    No. Its about equivalent to Photoshop at this point. I don't like the interface personally, but some people do.
