    gatorade? better warmup?

  9. more sleep. better diet, more complex carbs throughout the day. less caffeine or sugar if you're a junky of either. more water throughout the day helps too. dehydration leads to fatigue before you feel any of the obvious drying-out effects.

    eat shit...

ive been working out for a while now....

i think its just the weather.. really hot and humid lately... Plu sive been drinking a shit load on the weekends...

  14. so don't drink "a shit load," and get more sleep. two best things you could do for your energy levels. and, do you drink a lot of coffee and soda during the day? don't. worst case, try switching to decaf. and diet, caffeine-free soda.

if you're dedicated, you need to take the right steps. if you have goals you just can't reach but refuse to take those steps, and then go looking for a pill to pop or some other miracle answer, that's called whining.

ps ... got any good shit? all the shit I've eaten recently has been pretty low-grade. not enough BCAAs.

i've been drinking Xtend which does a little.

i've found that eating a decent amount of carbs and drinking a can of pepsi gives me enough energy to make it through a workout.

I cant work out in the mornings. Never seems to work for me.
My best time of day is right after supper, about 7 pm if my schedule permits. Most times Istop on the way home, and im in the gym at 5:10 and out when im done. I dont watch the clock or count sets, I go until I feel I have done enough.
I also dont get worked up about how much weight I lift. If it feels heavy, its working. Last week, my bench was 200 ish. This week, I pushed to 315 for 4.

YOu need to give yourself more time. If I set aside 2 hours for the gym, I know I can get in and out with all kinds of extra time.
