I don't understand the infatuation with Poptarts. Do people eat it for the carbs and to fill a sweet tooth or is it an inside joke I don't understand on F&N. :(

Duh, you chose the cherry flavor. Strawberry with the sprinkles are superior.

High calories for the serving size, I've heard they're good for hard-gainers when bulking.

It's a quick, tasty way to get all the food groups in one meal. Plus it's got nearly two and a half grams of protein.

from what i understood poptarts were only good for bulking. it's super easy to slam pop tarts. you could probably eat 8 of them in one sitting and still have a meal about an hour later.

My brother uses Pop Tarts. He cycles them 2 weeks on 1 week off.

Thing is, the other day, my dad cought my brother eating a pop tart and he fucking flipped out saying stuff like "You shoulnt use stuff like that" "don't you know it shrinks your dick". He's now taking my brother to the doctor so the doc will try and convince him to not use such hardcore stuff like pop tarts and steel cut oats.
