    tuna
    black pepper
    diced jalpenos
    diced sweet pickle
    diced red onion
4 slices of pepper jack cheese
    2 slices of bread.
    ~70g protein

pop that shit in the oven, I still havent figured out an optimum baking temp though.

So I tried putting low fat cream cheese into it, and it tastes really awesome, but I am having trouble getting the whip cream to evenly spread throughout the melt.

    Thoughts?

So you spend more on all the crap you put on the tuna then the tuna itself......might as well just spend the extra money on something you enjoy eating.

I just eat seasoned white turkey chunks instead. It tastes a lot better to me than tuna and 30g protein per can

almost 400 calories, 14g of fat and 45g carbs is kind of high for one sandwich. What bread are you eating with 10g protein?

I'm noticing a couple of inconsistencies here.

Your original post states 4 slices of pepper jack cheese... This one states 2.

Your original post states 70g protein... This one states 46.
